Operators need to consistently perform normal duties to ensure boiler, refrigeration and turbine systems operate safely and properly at all times. The Training Center Group operating engineers are provided extensive training — an essential part of any best in class operation — and our operators ability to learn facilities occurs at a rapid pace. This experience and training often helps clients identify problems. The Training Center Group brings problems forward with solutions that consider costs and time.

All Pennsylvania Operators (specifically licensed operators in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh) have to follow procedures while being great communicators in the workplace, both verbally and written. A typical shift includes turnover, startup, shutdown, inspections, monitoring, testing, maintenance, chemistry testing, blowdowns, energy management, observation of system performance along with routine maintenance. This is all part of maintaining the highest standard achievable in system performance. It starts with an operations team that takes ownership in the facility and that's what we take pride in through our service.

The Training Center Group Philadelphia Grade A or Class A licensed operators are your best instruments. Their extensive experience  quickly recognizes abnormal operating conditions before dangerous situations occur. Each one takes a “safety first” mindset and applies an “ownership mindset” to your facility, making us a perfect partner to solve your operations requirements.
